北京市墻改近期工作主要是調整結構體系和加強新型墻材推廣應用。
1.因為淘汰黏土磚后,煤矸石頁巖燒結磚的出產主要集中在房山、門頭溝、豐臺等區、對于北京市東北部地區來說,磚混結構的比例將大幅度減少,特別是通州、順義等近郊區,現澆結構、小型混凝土砌塊結構、輕鋼輕板結構將成為結構形式的首選。
2.研究和完善保溫砌模結構、鋼結構、鋼和混凝土組合結構在住宅應用等方面的設計和墻板機施工規程,促進工程應用。
3.研究進步小型混凝土砌塊結構施工技術,研制施工用具和符合節能65%要求、具有保溫功能的復合砌塊,進步施工機械化程度和混凝土砌塊的合用性。
4.引進和消化澳大利亞RBS速成建筑系統。該墻板可做承重內外墻,是鋼結構和框輕體系用墻板的首選,也是解決北京市周邊100公里內電廠和鍋爐產生的100萬噸左右脫硫石膏污染、變廢為寶的有效途徑。
5.進一步完善設計和施工規程,推廣使用煤矸石頁巖磚、建筑渣土磚、各種免燒磚、小型混凝土承重砌塊、加氣混凝土砌塊、石膏砌塊、加氣混凝土板等。
6.按照我市建設工程開工量趨勢,2008年淘汰黏土陶粒砌塊和陶粒板,進一步保護耕地。
7.研究解決煤矸石頁巖磚石灰爆裂和泛霜題目、加氣混凝土砌塊和板的抹灰題目、石膏板墻面開裂題目,促進這些產品的工程應用。
8.研究開發鋼結構配套輕板,進步鋼結構的應用量。
9.研究開發與保溫砌模體系配套的大型砌模,進步施工速度和質量。
10.研究開發和推廣使用墻板機再生混凝土配方和施工技術。
